It's been 5 weeks and I'm still waiting for my sweet fluff baby too come back to me. No phone call, no check in, I just want my damn animal back. And, I hope it's actually him, and not the soul dust of someone else's fur baby. I've heard things.

Do not get this insurance. The vets and staff are wonderful but theyre not the one who is actually doing the pricing .. you will pay for the care, but then they will pass the bill. .. There are whole Facebook groups dedicated to it. I called other vets in the area and showed them My Bill and they were scandalized I wish I wouldve never done it on my very first visit. I dropped over $1000. After the wellness plan .. It cost more to have the rotten tooth of a Chihuahua removed than it did for me to have a root canal , cash price .. they will continually keep telling you while you had insurance and the wellness plan is not insurance .. Cash price for a root canal was still cheaper than having a tooth removed at Banfield ..

Chett is fabulous! In fact, their whole Washington team is the best! They've taken great care of us, including working with us to reduce travel for my pup who gets car sick! Thanks for being there for us every step of the way! You're all awesome!
