Their main priorities are taking your money and clocking out by 4 pm. They were more focused on these priorities, than properly accessing and caring for my dog. So instead of properly caring for my dog they sent him home bleeding to death to die so they wouldnt have to work past 4pm. Then made excuses why it wasnt their fault.

Petcure Oncology sent my dog home to die. He went in for a CT scan to begin the process of radiation for a nasal tumor. The staff was too worried about getting home for the day to take the time to appropriately assess my dog. My dog was sent home covered in bloody stool, lethargic , and barely able to keep his head up. We were told it was due to the anesthesia. When I called back seeking emergency assistance, I was brushed aside and told again its the anesthesia . After I insisted this was not an accurate assessment, I was placed on hold and the person answering the phone said she has spoken to a tech and it was the anesthesia. I was told I could bring him if I want but they were very busy. We were given no on call service at discharge for oncology. No one to help us at all , as we watched our dogs life slip away 2 hours after they discharged him . They do not care about your animals wellbeing or life. I will be an advocate for my dog and for yours , since this business will not . Stay as far away as you can if you truly care about your animal. I will forever regret my decision to pursue treatment at this facility.

My cat went there for a diagnostic CT scan, followed by SRT (Stereotactic radiotherapy). Everyone we dealt with at the facility was great - caring, concerned for the pet's comfort and welfare, and willing to answer any and all questions. All procedures and possible outcomes were discussed. Well worth the 3 and 1/2 hours travel time to get there.

I seriously can not go without providing a review from the fantastic care we received yesterday! Our sweet Darla was diagnosed with skin cancer on her nose. Doctor Urie and her techs went above and beyond to make sure that our sweetest girl got the BEST care!!! We have seen vets in at least four states over the last 12 years and while none have been bad, they have always felt rushed and were not always thorough. Dr. Urie, her techs, and all the staff were absolutely wonderful, thorough and we left yesterday confident with our plan and that we will still see several more years with our sweet pup. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!!!!

When a pet is diagnosed with cancer you embark on a journey neither of you wants to be on. You advocate for your pet, but who advocates for you? In my case, it was the entire team at PetCure Oncology at BluePearl-PVSEC. Diagnosis in Canada to treatment in Pittsburgh was three weeks to the day and that was facilitated by the staff here who worked hard to make it all happen. Money can buy the best treatment, but it can't buy care. That requires great people who are the very best at what they do, and they can be found here. The level of communication is extraordinary with every detail covered. It is perhaps, the human touch that impresses most. Clearly the staff are passionate about what they do and who they do it for. It is not a road I ever want to travel again, but thank goodness I had this crew along side of me.
