Rivers Veterinary Urgent Care

They did an awesome job. My bulldog was really nervous being at a new place but they worked very well with her. They day of her c-section they made sure that both of us were comfortable. Her surgery went well, and the cost was the lowest I saw in and around Pittsburgh. I will be goin back.

Dr. Thornton is great! The only downside is the wait. But that is to be expected when going to an Urgent Care. Everyone there has a pet emergency.

Really great place with attentive and friendly staff. The emergency ended up being non-life threatening but they really helped put our mind at ease. I really liked that they permitted us to be in the exam room, something which is different than every other emergency vet that we tried before.

I've had several cats and dogs, and that means many vet visits. I cannot recommend Rivers Veterinary enough. The staff are kind, compassionate, and patient with their furry patients. They provide estimates so you see the price of services, which can help you see what the potential cost could be before moving forward. Their prices are less than multiple vets in the area! I budgeted more than I paid so I donated to their paws fund-- and I have a kitten from the streets so he got the works. Rivers offers standing appointments and walk-ins, making it easier for people to care for their pets. If you and your pet find yourself in need, head to Rivers and you'll get the help and compassion no matter what the situation.

They are wonderful they have done 3 surgeries on our dogs and the first one was to save blu life we can not thank them enough
