Had a very bad experience at this location. The guy working their was very rude, unprofessional. I went to this location for getting 20 foot truck, as this was the only location having it near to my home. I asked the guy about basic truck manual and he was very rude in explaining me stuff!!! Will never go to this location again!!!

Told fuel tank is 1/4 full and I was told to fill it back up to 1/4 before returning to avoid charge. Truck was 1/8 full, but I still filled it up to 1/4 to be safe. Somehow they still manage to charge me a fuel adjustment. On top of this I get charged for an extra day when I followed their exact instructions of after hours drop off. Called them and they said theyd fix it and call me back, they never did. Save yourself money and rent somewhere else.

I went with a friend to pick up a 10 uhaul she had reserved. When we arrived the man in the station had asked us if we needed self service for gas and we told him we were there for a uhaul. He said the guy who takes care of the uhaul stuff had left for the day about 20 minutes before we arrived, but left the keys in a drop box & to do it in the website, but that he knew nothing about how to do the uhaul transaction or set up. The uhaul website wouldnt give any type of code for a drop box & my friend had selected counter check-in when placing the reservation. Poor service, employees not knowledgeable on all functions of the business. Why would you leave for the day knowing you had a reservation scheduled for counter pick up?
