My toyota highlander hybrid, died! Tom was very gracious by telling me the handwriting on the wall. It's dead. Sell for parts. I did, it's gone, thanks Tom!

TLDR: The salesman here are not your friends and will be deceitful if you let them. I bought a used Toyota Corolla here and spent close to $30,000 all said and done. The short version of a long story is I talked to a sales rep before I went in because I only had one vehicle and a large family so I wanted to work out the price details before arriving. We worked them out on the phone, everything was good. When I get there the sales rep tries to strong arm me and goes back on the deal we had made on the phone because Im in a position of vulnerability since he picked me up and drove me to the dealership (which I did appreciate) so I had no way to leave really. I stood my ground and they ended up honoring our deal, but it just showed me the sales reps are not honest and will take advantage of you at any chance you give them. Reached out to management about the situation and never heard back. Youre a means to an end here and do not forget that. They do not truly care about you, just your money. I did have a wonderful experience with Amy Armstrong who manages their financial part of it. I actually felt like she cared and was looking out for me. Shes the only reason its a 2 star and not a 1.
