I am always completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. This is my go-to place for all services. My baby (car) deserves the best of the best. Did I mentioned they are the best? Yeah the best in town. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. I am never paranoid about shady business when I take my baby here. Ryan S is my guy there! He educates me on whatever questions I have about cars.

This was a long ordeal for me but ended up quite well. I bought this car a 2020 Volkswagen GTI with only 2,000 miles on it and I'm very pleased with it. This is all texting and talking on the phone with Tim Earles and Sid Bakari. Something I would have never done except that the car had such low mileage and I've had several of these and do not like the latest version. Had I known I would not have liked the Mark 8 version, I would have bought a brand new Mark 7 back in 2020. So this is my way of doing that. It more than a week to send paperwork back and forth between us. Then arranging for the car to be shipped up to me 300 miles away. All this with never driving or seeing a car in person. To my delight when the car arrived the color was a silver White which I prefer over the bright white. Very attractive car. I thank Tim and Sid for getting the job done. Thank you so much and I believe I will be done buying cars for many many years.
