        Megan Pritchard is THE BEST! Megan (along with Bill Pallo, Sales Manager) went the extra mile and worked out a very fair deal for me. Megan is professional, honest, efficient, and very friendly and pleasant to work with. We won't be needing another car for a while, but I when we do I will definitely contact Megan first. She gives honest advice, and keeps her word -- she's not the typical "car salesperson", and that's a good thing. I highly recommend Megan, Bill, and the Koch Toyota dealership.

        Had a pretty bad experience here buying a used vehicle in January '24. Numerous people dropped the ball between sales and service. Felt completely deserted and helpess when I should have been ecstatic about my new SUV. Horrible feeling.. I absolutely regret buying from KOCH. I personally will not buy a vehicle from here again, and would not recommend it to friends or family.
