        Super quick service! Was able to rent a 9" van super quickly by doing it online first, check in only took a few minutes and then dropping off was quick and simple.

        I pitched up the truck and noticed that the check engine light was on and took a photo of it. I drove a total of 24.6 miles but the odometer read that it was closer to 50 miles of driving. When I told the assistant manager that Id only driven the car that distance, he responded, theres nothing I can do about that. I showed him the distance tracker on Life360 and he responded the same. Then I even showed him the Ring camera footage where the vehicle had been resting that night. They ended up charging me for close to 50 miles of use at .99/mile when Id only driven 24.6 miles total. Wont be coming here again.

        I had two vans booked. When I was about to pickup my second van on Saturday, I was called 30 mins before that informing me that there is no van available. I has to go to another location to pickup the van, and I was not even compensated despite UHAUL not fulfilling my reservation. Qhen I asked about it, I was told rudely to talk to customer service when the reservation ends.
