West End Drop-Off Center

Went there at 2:30 and gates were closed!

I was calling to help an autistic man and the lady wouldn't even speak to me. I told her I didn't live in the city (he does) and she just kept repeating, "I can't help you, it's for Pittsburgh residents only" everytime I tried to finish asking my question. Then, when I said to stop being rude she hung up on me. I tried calling back, no answer. I've never had such a rude customer service person in my life. I wouldn't recommend using them and reinforcing behavior such as this.

West end yard debri employees as well the yard and its convenience is absolutely awesome The employees are exceptionally friendly as well kind , simple to use the yard and it TRULY MAKES ME , CLEAN UP MY YARDS AND IM POSITIVE IT MAKES OTHERS TOO TO !

I have a fax machine that no longer works. A friend of mine, who lives in the city, told me about the West End drop off center. The, and I use the term loosely, lady I spoke to was very rude. She told me that the drop off center is only for city residents. It was almost like it was beneath her to even answer the phone and I was taking her away from her coffee break even though I called at 8:30 AM.
