Michael Brothers Baldwin

This is the second time we've gotten a "residential dumpster" for spring clean-up and we couldn't be happier than with Michael Brothers! A simple phone call is all it took to reserve and schedule delivery. Their prices are reasonable and they have a "menu" of sizes available. The woman on the phone was friendly and courteous and explained everything we would need to know, and all our options. Delivery was timely and Terrell Hart, the driver, was very professional and friendly! He called when he left the yard to let us know he was on the way, and asked when he arrived exactly where we wanted the dumpster, how close to the house, which side of the driveway, etc. and put it just where we wanted. He even lowered the dumpster gently onto the cement drive so that there wouldn't be any damage, we'd heard horror stories about damage being done to driveways and lawns by other companies. We don't plan to collect as much junk to clean up in the future, but if we do we will be happy to call Michael Brothers again to help us get rid of it!

I use this facility for the company I work for , I've dumped debris, recycled tons of buggies and scrap metal, recently dumping tons of house debris and construction debris. The lady at the dump station is always a pleasure to deal with I enjoy talking with her!! It's been very quick and now with the brand new dumping area right by the scales I don't have to drive up into the neighborhood, it's literally right beside the scales and cannot be easier. Everybody has always been nice to me even when I'm not sure where to dump they guide me:) very highly recommend this business!! we rented huge rolls from them as well and always a pleasure!
