Highly impressed by this location. My service here was rework from another location. For zero dollars they redid oil change, seeing how it was several quarts overfilled. All Jiffy Lubes are not created equal. Following my horrible experience at Wexford location on March 23, the district manager Mike called me on my negative feedback. He wanted me to visit any other location to check and resolve my issues. This location did fix both the oil issue and stuff that fell in fan when cabin filter was replaced.

Update. March 27th. Came in because suddenly my brakes sounded like it was chewing metal. With one person in front of me in line and no appointment - I had my car and new brakes in an hour and a half (including oil change). Answered all my questions. Timothy was very friendly and I appreciate his helping me this morning I popped into this store for a quick oil change. I was taken immediately and provided excellent service. Darieus explained everything to me and gave me feedback on the condition of my car in other areas (tires, breaks) without making me feel like I was being upsold. I needed an air filter changed and they drove to pick up one and I was still out in well under an hour. Amazing. Everyone was friendly and they all seemed to truly enjoy working together. I could hear the dialogue through the windows Nice environment. Thanks Joe, Seth, Dylan and Darieus for a great and quick start to my day. Ill be back! Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
