I did not have a scheduled appointment but Jason worked me into the very busy tech schedule to resolve the issue.         I have never had such an unprofessional experience. Went to see a vehicle yesterday, but it was not at the lot yet apparently. So I put money down this morning to hold the vehicle. I wanted to purchase this afternoon which is when they said it would be there. They ran my card and took my money but 2 hours later called and told me they sold it. Im guessing I didnt fit the mold for what they consider a Cadillac owner.
