        I have stopped in this location several times and have always been greeted and treated well! In particular, yesterday I went to this store and Hunter helped me get an Iwatch. I was rather clueless and he was helpful, kind, and patient. He knew his stuff and upgraded my plan, which was more than I expected! I was really grateful!

        The employee (I forget their name, I am sorry!) I dealt with at the T-Mobile in Banksville was extremely helpful, personable, and efficient! I got done what I needed to do, with a full explanation and understanding. But nonetheless, any staff there I engaged in conversation with were friendly and helpful!!

        T-Mobile on banksville rd very very bad services. There's a big employee his name Anthony so rude and never respect the customer. You will lose a lot of customers because of this disrespectful employee
