I brought my neighbor Wilbur here to get his new phone sims card activated in his new phone. Staff was very knowledgeable on troubleshooting the issue.

I had to move my number to a new account and went to this store. Staff told me to call the service number. After having it solved, I found out my name was misspelled. Again, the staff told me to call the service number. After reaching them, they told me it had to be solved in the store. The people at this location either do not know how to do their job, or do not care to do it. It is a waste of time to go here.

my husband and I had a delightful experience yesterday working with Darren at the Wilkins retail outlet to transfer to T-Mobile and replace a phone. Darren was attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable, as well as being in good spirits despite our being the last customers of the day and having to stay after the store closed to be sure to cover all our questions. We are saving significantly over the last carrier we used and very happy with the 'geek desk!' Thanks Darren!

The manager monte worked so hard to get my issue addressed. I'm glad i switched & this store specifically is my go to place for any issues etc or positive things too. The team is very attentive & helpful you are noticed & addressed quickly everyone is friendly & they work hard to make sure their customer is happy & situated
