        I am shocked that this hotel is a Marriott! The upkeep, maintanence, and cleanness have been neglected! It was appalling! We paid $300+ a night! I would never recommend this hotel. Then, we had to leave a day early and they would not fully refund our one night. We are avid Marriott customers. Our history with Marriott should prove this. I'm truly disappointed and Marriott needs to think about dumping this hotel from their portfolio. I will be emailing the manager as well!

        Bakery square was an interesting location. The hotel was pretty standard. Room comfortable. Service good. There is bfast in the am, nothing special. Bar at night was functional, they have bourbon. Restaurants are close by. Parking is at a lot connected to hotel, you pay each time u leave ~16/night. I'd stay here again.

        This was my 4th stay at this property and unfortunately, each stay is more disappointing than the last. I arrived to my room after a long drive into the city for work and, as per usual, I checked my room for any cleanliness issues. Imagine my disgust to pull back the sheets and see this! Fortunately, Kiara and Brittany were able to correct this situation swiftly but I am disappointed in the lack of care that housekeeping had and I fear this may be a norm for them. I also had an issue with one of the late-nite desk attendants named Chrissy, who was extremely rude to my coworker and I. As a frequent Marriott guest, I pray that management takes these reviews into account and makes some swift changes.
