shower water was only cold, and they said on their website that they would have a hot breakfast but they did not, and they said they would have a pool, but it was closed the whole time. the rooms also were not very clean

I stayed on other Comfort hotels before and theyre usually nice but this one felt like a cheap motel. As you walked to your room the first impression is the dirty walls and doors; the breakfast room is always empty because there is not breakfast. The first day I walked in the breakfast room the only thing they had was bagels and cream cheese and the bagel stand had a bug inside. 0/10

This hotel provided everything that we needed for three nights staying during the NCAA basketball tournament in March. Great location overlooking the city skyline! The pros were clean room, quiet nights, attentive, staff, and best of all the free Shuttle with our driver Darrell, who made our travel around the city of Pittsburgh, very easy and convenient as he was available at a moments notice to take us wherever we needed to be. The general manager was on site Sunday morning, eating breakfast with his family and made our stay extra special with basketball team banners and a March madness bracket on the wall in the lobby for us tournament fans. The room was great on the 4th floor. The sheets and bedspread were clean, and room cleanliness was never an issue for us. Hot free breakfast from 7-10 am. Eggs sausage hash browns waffles with an attendant there constantly monitoring the food and drinks. Very friendly place. There is a cool rooftop city shyview terrace which we checked out. Cool spot! Con maybe the shower water wasnt super hot but just fine for the two of us. We look forward to our next visit! Rooms: Clean. Nice. Everything we needed. Nearby activities: Close to PNC Pirates and Steelers stadiums. Safety: Nice location quick and easy to get back onto the highway home!
