        Very rude staff.

        Desk staff upon our arrival was not helpful . As seniors we are not tech savy and were unfamiliar with scanning procedure for parking. She was of no help and could care less.The airport shuttle man came over and helped us. Educate your staff to help - seniors might need help with technology - understand that not everyone is proficient in technology !
