        Worked for maxim for more than 5 yrs. They offered 5 days pto after 5yrs, only receiving 2 days pto upon hire. After the 5 yrs the reneged on the 5 days pto. They didn't pay bonuses or any other incentives. If you want insurance you pay all of it at an astronomical price for lousy coverage. Bayada gives you pto quarterly with regular bonuses quarterly and insurance is better and they kick in a percentage. Don't go to maxim. They care more about their board of directors than they do you.
