This company is becoming a joke! Same benefits and only get a few weeks to pick and only notify through this app! HR is a joke! We'll be on the hunt for another agency. Who the hell charges their employees, a fee to pay them? Your telling me you're hurting this bad? Good thing I get a 4% match, whoop-de-do! You also get to use that as an advantage to company!

I had a caretaker talk me into switching to Caresense . I just met her, and figured they cant be worse. My other caretaker and I switched. It took forever for the original caretaker to get a background check. I didnt have coverage for a week. Im a quadriplegic and I cant talk. I was left in bed and paramedics had to get me up. She finally got cleared. My other caretaker quit. The time not working was a strain plus family problems. The new caretaker worked for a week. Two days before my birthday she just quit coming. The paramedics had to get me up again. My daughter called Caresense. They told her they arent leaving me without care, they told my coordinator. Then rudely, tells my daughter, have a nice day. That was over two weeks ago. I havent been in bed or showered. They dont care. Im currently a patient of Caresense and havent seen an aide for weeks.
