Went to have a mailbox key made. Simple right? Nope. Manager makes the key. I take it to my mail box and it doesnt work as it appears to look longer. I head back to the store and ask the manager if he can make a different key, pointing out the differences in length. Manager refuses and simply runs the key through machine again. I ask him if he can please just make another key and he still refuses. I try the key again and it wont even fit in the hole. I call and explain to him the issue and he spouts off about his 30 years experience making keys and how if the key wont work Ill need a locksmith. I go to Home Depot, they run a new key and it works. I think that sums it up. Just because you have experience doesnt mean you know what you are doing.
