        Didn't get the right flowers ordered, contacted 1-800-Flowers and said it would be resent the following day. Five days later nothing, I did receive a $20 coupon but that is worthless to me at this point.

        This place is a rip off. Save your money and the fees and use a local florist. Its not that much more work. These people have screwed up my order several times to where my other half never got her flowers. I will never order from them again.
