First time customer. Could not have been happier. Easy to navigate the website and purchase, with note, without a hitch. Alex emailed confirmation and updates. And the person I wanted to surpise wrote to me that the flowers were "freakin' beautiful. Like shockingly beautiful."

I have been using Alex's east End Florist for 4 years now. He is such an artists with flowers. I promise you, you will not be disappointed with his arrangements.... but more good news! His arrangements go beyond just the artistic flair. I have been sending flowers to my wife from Alex for years, but last week I asked Alex to send flowers for my father's funeral. His arrangement was beyond just art.. it was emotion. When I looked at the arrangement it spoke of sadness yet pride. It spoke of masculinity yet humility. It was my father put into a flower arrangement. Beyond Alex being an amazing florist he is also a wonderful human. His attention to the customer on a personal level is remarkable. He makes you feel like your family.
