My daughter has been going to Gloworms for over a year now. Needed a daycare who had flexible hours. I love getting the pictures emailed to me through out the day so I know what my daughter is learning. The daily reports are nice so I can ask more questions about my daughters day specifically and she loves her friends and teachers here.

I am truly dumbfounded by this establishment. For starters, we walked right in and there was one door locked with just a glass pane separating us from the kids. A very young staff that really did not know what they were doing. Noticeably kids were just alone on the floor not being watched. There was so much clutter in the whole place, I feel like I need to call someone about this place. Either punish the place or the adults that send their children there. I have a daughter and one of the workers called her a he and we corrected her and said she was a girl and she simply went "whatever". Please for the love of god do not send your kids here.

If I could give this less than a star I would. We went on a tour at the facility and immediately decided that we would NEVER send our 3 month old daughter to this daycare. First of all, the smell is the first thing that I noticed, in fact it is stuck in my nose even 30 minutes after leaving. The entire place is very unclean, small and dark. I felt as if I was walking into a cave. There were only about four teachers to assist with the children in the entire facility. All the children seemed to just be sitting around, or stuck in a strange high-chair-in-table setup. Upon entering the infant room, the extremely unprofessional teacher was sitting in a chair watching the babies struggle on the floor. When we walked through the door she jumped up and began interacting with the babies. We were told that they "try" to remember to remove blankets from cribs during naps to avoid choking. The only form of refrigeration for milk was a small mini fridge. The entire area was extremely cluttered with toys piled in the corners and filthy. Every child appeared to be sick and coughing extremely hard. The person giving a tour referred to our child as "he" and when I corrected her she replied with "whatever". If I were to mention every flaw (and major ones at that) I would have a five page review. Bottom line: this may have been a nice facility 5 years ago but now it is simply run down, poorly managed and filthy. Do yourselves (and more importantly your children) a favor and do not even consider this facility.

Unsafe! They do not follow state regulations on safe sleep. They also have older kids in the infant room. Do not send your children here.
