I have been working with Preferred IT Solutions for about a year now and I couldn't be more happy with the service they provide. I own and operate a couple businesses and the way they integrate everything to make it as easy and streamlined is something I have never experienced with any other company before. Phones, internet, security, etc.... Top of the line equipment and a very very fair price. Their customer service is 10/10. Any time i have questions they are right there for me. I highly, highly recommend Preferred IT Solutions and will be with them for a very long time.

We could not be any happier with our new phone system but more importantly with the customer service that these guys give us. They are so attentive and willing to work with every thing we ask help with (even our fax machine that had nothing to do with them) We have called them to many times to help us and they never disappoint us. It is so hard to fine a person to be this good at what they but when you find an entire staff to be this way it is amazing. I highly recommend this company ! The phone system they custom built for our office is perfect. I can not tell you how much easier it has made my job as the office manager and the front desk scheduling staff.
