        They do not allow wire transfers with online banking. You must go to a location in person to do so. Very inconvenient. Customer service is unhelpful most of the time.

        They wouldn't even exchange a $10 bill for a roll of quarters unless you are a customer. They wouldn't even fulfill a simple request that costs them nothing.
