        Allison was the worst customer service representative I have ever experience at the this branch and John is horrible Bank representative I felt the racist way they treated me as a person and a customer. They both need to go to a diversity training or work in an all white community!!!

        Came in for new debit card and was taken care of by a lady named Helen very nice and informative gave me info on the first time homebuyers program which I knew nothing about! ... It's the little things that keep me banking with PNC. I been an account holder for years and have no plans on going anywhere else.

        This PNC Bank on Rodi Road was extremely busy this Saturday's but I'm guessing each Saturday with folks taking care of banking needs they can't tend to during the work week. The line was long and slow moving inside only because of someone's specific banking needs. All staff was friendly, patient, helpful and apologetic for the wait.

        The company's interest rates on savings are ridiculous, only slightly better than keeping your money in a buried lunch box. Reagan did that. He did away with usury laws and told companies to squeeze the juice out of consumers.
