Dollar Bank

Most of these reviews are from when this was a different bank. Dollar Bank has since taken over. Friendly staff, easy in and out. Never had a problem with Dollar Bank in general.

They have been very friendly and gracious with me. I have absolutely no complaints about this banking facility.

My GoBank says no fee, yet all of your ATM's charge $3.25 fees for me to withdrawal my ownmoney.

Do not bank here, they will not honor their own checks unless both parties have an account with them. I went to standard bank today to cash a business check from a Standard bank account, and they refused to cash it for me since I did not have an account with them. What good is a checking account with a bank that wont honor its own checks when they are given to non-account holders? Ive heard of banks charging a fee for cashing a check when you dont hold an account with them, but this is ridiculous. The teller informed me that this policy was due to a number of forged checks that had been cashed there in the past. So apparently customers and the public should be inconvenienced due to their inability to identify fraudulent checks, or a lack of security features on the checks that would make them secure. This doesnt sound like the type of bank I would ever like to have an account with.
