        Do not let your husband or boyfriend go here. Natalie the trainer is inappropriate and teases men while working out. I made my boyfriend quit after what he told me.

        The team at Anytime Fitness in Oaks, PA has been amazing & invested in my success! While they definitely pushed me, it was done in a positive manner (the whole team was respectful & listened). With 6 weeks of serious diet & exercise/training, Ive lost over 15 lbs & discovered muscles I never knew though, Im sure everyones goals are different. Kudos to Wendy, Natalee, Jake, Sevon, Bella & YaMeer for helping me discover working-out at age 40 :)

        Just finished up a 6 week challenge and I am still alive and uninjured! I can see the results and more importantly feel healthier. It's great that I have made friends in the process. Highly recommend this if you are serious. You will not be disappointed.
