I used to have severe pain from scoliosis. Working out with Tom helped me strengthen my core, improve my posture, and ultimately relieve pain. I no longer suffer from debilitating pain and I really attribute it to coming here regularly. Bonnie and Tom are very friendly and welcoming staff.

Like many people, my husband and I got way off course during the pandemic. We weren’t moving like we should have been. We weren’t eating right. Anxiety and depression were at an all time high. We needed to make a change! With both of us being former college athletes we were looking for a trainer that was not only knowledgeable and innovative, but could also provide rehabilitation for injuries. Upon our free consultation with Tom & Bonnie we knew right away this was the place for us. They have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Not only are they fitness experts, but they genuinely care about each and every one of their clients and treat them like family. They train within your limits while also pushing you out of your comfort zone, in a safe & healthy way.
