Very poor tax firm. Unprofessional Receptionist who cant get appointments right. My husband and i have been getting our taxes done here for over 3 years and we have always went together and he made the appointment she not only was rude about not putting me down for the appointment then stating she didnt know who i was . Ricki does not ask or put together a portfolio like other professionals she sits there and talk while shes doing your taxes but not about deductions or how she can help you get the most out of your tax return but gossips about people on facebook. I have never went to an Accountant who is this unprofessional. After 3 years of me going to her and my husband over 10 years, do yourself a favor and go to someone who is a professional. Just look at all their reviews on Google if you dont believe my review, see all the others too.
