Seems some or many of these reviews are fake. Check All reviews. All reviews with 1 star and 5 star. Really? At least want to put fake review, do some adjustment in review writing service provider. Here is my experience at Malvern Hunt, PA. Experience with this service provider is really bad. Their fees are extremely high and no onsite support person is there. They hardly ever pick up call when we call them. I called them multiple times. After calling multiple times, we might able to reach if you are lucky. They reply to emails after 1-2 days. A recent worst incident. I had missed out paying my HOA due first time. What they did. They didn't send out an email or phone call. They kept sending to mail which was failing. They send many emails for voting and other services. Why can't they send for this important for customers. When they sent to collection, they charged $160 for preparing documents. Really? Which service provider charges additional fees than dues you have. I am reaching out to consumer complaint for not following or reaching out to different mediums and charging 20% fees for late fee. I already paid full HOA fees but not ready to waive unacceptable late fees.

When our community association required assistance, I contacted Diamond Community Services after learning about them from my brother, who lives nearby. Their commitment and promptness are very amazing.
