This store is so rude thats why its always empty the employer was rude when we ask for a game and then he like why everyone want the game now when the show out like no one ask him to be rude I hate this location so bad they always mean

Horrible Customer Service i walk i. The store it's two employ one is at the register assisting a Customer the other is right behind him and she does not greet me say hello how are do you need help so after 10mins of me being literally needing help i wanted to see if they asked if i needed help with anything but no they didn't they acted as if i wasn't there...Skip this store obviously they're here for the paycheck and that's it

*update* The manager reached out to me. After a very good conversation; she was able to locate the game for me and apologized for my trouble. It refreshing to see someone take responsibility for a customers experience. I dont know whats more incredible GameStops ability to constantly disappoint me or me giving them additional chances. While looking for a copy of Pokmon Sword plus Expansion I was told that this store had a copy in stock. I called the store and a gentleman answers and tells me that they do have it in stock. I drive down and then Im told that they dont have it. The African American gentleman with braids then attempts to explain to me that had I used the online tool I wouldve been able to check inventory and not waste time. I explained to him the online tool doesnt work for this specific game hence why I CALLED and drove down to this section of the city. His response is oh then if you want to waste gas driving around thats your choice. I tell him its not a waste of gas had he actually given me accurate information. His response is for me to just buy it digitally.
