They sell used games for a somewhat decent price, but sometimes they don't work they freeze, and when I take the used, pre-owned game back to GameStop for a refund, but most of the time store credit and I get another game the guy working there gets cocky saying that this isn't a library or blockbuster video you can't just get a game and return it a day or two later. I responded with well for 1 I can it says it on your receipt that with in 7 days or 2 weeks you can return any pre-owned game for any reason even if your dissatisfied with the game, and I tell the guy what do you care for you don't own the GameStop

One of the lower rated Games tops in Philadelphia. Employees are always carrying on with personal conversations and seem bothered by customers browsing inventory. They never seem to have anything available and when asked to check other stores they say their system is down or internet is out.

Terrible service, their staff have bad attitude towards customer for no reason. You can tell their staff does not even wanna fake like they have a teeny tiny bit of patience. Don't go here unless you want to see dirty looks when you need help.

Went in on a whim to look around and chatted with great employees! Store was clean, and the line moved quick
