Uhaul rental truck company is the worst company to rent a a moving truck from. If the customer service is not bad enough the trucks are dirty or smell like weed. My account was over charged not once, but twice. The gas gauge is wrong on paper that was presented to me always.
Friday I rented a truck and retuned the truck on the same day and was charged for three days. Monday after calling again from calling on Saturday to clear a text message stating "to return already retuned equipment" I was charged Monday for three days. How un business like, if I called Saturday to clear things up and manager told me he would handle it. The Rep on Monday explained this will take 72 hours to clear up the the information for a full return. I was was robbed not once but twice.
