My car was at Black Star awaiting the insurance response. It was hit by a drunk driver while parked the day before Thanksgiving, and the insurance did not deny coverage until well into the end of December. I called In January to agree to give my car as collateral since it was totaled. I called to pick up my belongings because I was living in my car, and ALL OF MY CLOTHING WAS IN THERE. I was told on 2/22/2024 that my car was junked. I am unaware where my belongings are, and I never signed for my car to be junked. I was hung up on by "Jade" the front desk receptionist, and told I exceeded 30 days however, the insurance did not respond until after 30 days. I was told management would call me however, no one ever called me.

AAA assigned these blockheads to tow my truck at 430pm on 03/21/2024 I get a call at 5:30 saying they were running late be there at 7pm I was annoyed but ok things happen, same thing at 8pm, same thing at 9:30pm so on and so on up untill 11:30pm they never showed up I cancelled the tow. Call AAA for a new tow the next day I tell them specifically not to assign these idiots to tow my truck AAA said they wouldn't tow will be there at 1:30pm low and behold I get a text message from guess who??? Saying they are running late will be there at 3:30pm! This establishment is a mess and only tow cash paying customers if you are with AAA they will NOT come tow your car/truck because there is no profit for them! I am going to launch an attorney general complaint on them and I will make it my mission to get AAA to remove them from there data base as a service provider!
