I can't say enough about the professionalism and care that they took with my family. I broke down mid trio on 95 and he came and got my truck, towed it to where my insurance company mistakenly told him to tow it. Meanwhile my four children and I had to walk to the repair facility... And luckily the place that it was mistakenly taken to was on the way to the place it was supposed to go to and I saw my truck. I immediately called the tow truck driver back at which point he sent me a screenshot of what my insurance company had told him which was indeed the incorrect address. I called my insurance company back to get them to fix it and much to my surprise he had already called and explained to them that they had made a mistake and put another repair order in and was on his way back to us saving us about 15 minutes or so. Oh and so my keys were not left in my vehicle he brought them back to us while we were walking so that my vehicle would not have been ransacked by the time we got to it. Highly recommend their services!
