        I did my taxes with H&R Block with Joyce Myers. I thought she can help me with my taxes. But She is very incompetent and tends to know everything. With my taxes, it was a bit complicated because I was a traveling with my profession. She was banging the table as she was getting frustrated with my case. I offered her to pay for the services she did and Ill find another tax preparer but she is very insistent that I should keep her. And unfortunately I didnt. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Several months ago, I received a letter from Philadelphia office that my taxes were wrong. I came back so that she could fix it but apparently she couldnt. Thankfully I did get peace of mind and was referred to Don Bosworth and he was able to help me out and resolve the issue.
