        I went in Jan 29 to do my taxes and because Zenya put on the wrong information. I have to wait longer not for paper check. I don't know what happened with this company but the past few years have been horrible. I will not go back to h&r block again

        Cannot process the EV tax credits that are part of the Build Back Better Act. I'm still in disbelief. I cannot understand how $2.2 trillion dollars in which $555 billion in clean energy change write offs has eluded the offices of H&R Block. It's alarming this company is doing people's taxes. I'm also waiting for an agreed callback. Might be okay with just a single W2, no write-offs, and just not good with computers.
