If I could give 0 stars, I would. Elevators have been broken for months. Building itself is tacky. Not a lot of natural light. Basically an office building with cheap "modern" furniture. Honestly, it's super depressing. The staff is hit or miss - some are nice and genuine and some are really rude. Package check-in is slow. You'll get a package delivered in the morning and you won't get it until the next day or the day after, despite someone "working" in the package room. Takes 0 effort to scan a box with an iPad but often you'll walk past and someone is just sitting there on their phone with unscanned packages strewn in a pile. Also flooding? And fire alarms because the basement got too hot? WiFi slow too. For $850-$1000 a month you can do way better.

Close to classes. Staff was quick to get back to me with certain maintenance requests.
