The elevators are constantly broken. For the fall semester of 2022 they both worked for about 2-3 weeks at most in total for the rest of the time only one of them worked with 12 floors worth of people. With all of the students here it can take extremely long just to get on the elevator and due to only one elevator working, you can guarantee you will be stoping at almost every floor on the way down and up. Therefore, you have to factor in the time it will take to catch an elevator and go down in order to be on time for class or any obligation which is absolutely ridiculous. Now moving onto the spring semester of 2023 both elevators worked for ONE week max and then the right elevator broke down again. Shocking. I have yet to see any maintenance or elevator repair. Its been nearly 3 weeks with only one elevator. For how much it is to live here Vantage should be able to have the elevators up and running. So do something about the elevator!

Pseudo-luxury, poor management, VERY overpriced Pros: The building is visually attractive and has great views of the city. Also in a convenient spot. Cons: Despite being new and clean, the appliances and electronics are low quality and very prone to breakage. After signing a lease and choosing my room, I was contacted several times with conflicting and incorrect information. They are so slow, ineffective, disorganized, and careless that the management borders on useless. A very significant number of people that live in vantage don't ever bother considering to renew here. I cannot emphasize enough how not worth the price Vantage is. The on-site gym is convenient and neat, but the equipment breaks so frequently you can literally never bank on having the machines you need to complete any given workout.

I would just like to say that they need to train their security better or at least whomever is at the other end of the call box in the elevator. They told the two men in the elevator to call 911. Now I will say this in case of emergency call 911, but if it is your building then you can provide more information to the dispatcher like what elevator they are in. I googled the building found the address called security and found out what elevator then called 911 and now 2hrs later they are finally out safe. But to go on here and see reviews about the elevators going down frequently is disheartening when you see the amount of money these kids spend in housing a year. Do better.
