Shoe and accessory store located near terminal B in Philly airport. Good way to pass time in nice store with good merchandise and helpful staff. Located in walk between B and C but it is essentially located at B.

I had an amazing experience at J&M PHL. A young lady named Keche Tege assisted me. I am a loyal client and know my way around, and what I wanted, which were eyeglasses. I mentioned that I understood they discontinued an "eyeglass cleaning kit" that I had bought for years. Keche wasn't sure, but checked and couldn't find any, so must've been accurate. A couple days later, I got a package at home from J&M and Keche..... she continued to look and sent me one.... compliments of J&M......wow... the effort, thoughtfulness..... really special. Keep hiring associates the level of Keche and I will keep on being a loyal client! Thanks Keche!

Wow, what a helpful employee in Gloria.  I had some time to kill at the Airport and walked in and saw they had their golf shoes on sale.  She showed me the styles and I told her I'd think about it and be back.  One cheesesteak and 7 wine samples later (thanks Vino Volo), I returned.I picked out the style I wanted and told her my size and she winced a little and went in the back and came out with the same shoe in a different color so I could try it on.  I did and I felt like Cinder-f'ing-rella in this shoe!  Awesome.She explained that I could order the shoe.  I asked if I had to come back to the Airport to pick it up as that would not make it a good value.  She laughed for a good 20 minutes and finally I had to stop her as I did have a plane to catch.She told me I could have it shipped to my house for free, which is great since I didn't really know how I would squeeze anything else into my bag.  I did have to pay FL Sales Tax since I was technically ordering online.In an age where lone workers are running a store, she was a rockstar and was multitasking with me and other patrons of the store.  Thanks for such a great experience which I didn't expect in an airport shoe store. Thanks Gloria for such a positive experience in a world where you don't see that every day.
