My mother was mistreated and disrespected while attempting to make a return today by a floor supervisor who called herself Danni. My mother is a senior citizen, has been a member of the Penrose community for over 35 years and has patronized this store since its opening. Danni was extremely disrespectful with her tone and her words and she refused to bring a manager to the front when requested. My mother left the store and called sometime later to speak to a manager and was told by Danni that there was no manager available to receive our complaint. We are extremely disheartened by our experience today and will be reaching out to the corporate headquarters to discuss this matter further.

DD'S Discount Is One Of My Favorite Stores And I've Been Going There For Quite A While. I Always See Items There, That I Want To Buy And Never Get Enough Of Going There. My Wife & I Always Get Treated With GREAT SERVICE, Every Time I Step Foot In The Store And Very Well RESPECTED, TAKEN CARE OF, Very Well By The Managers; And Especially DANNII; Who Is Mostly The Only Manager There, On That Shift. Any Questions I Had, DANNII Solved It With Concern and KNOWLEDGE. I Truly Feel Comfortable To Shop Them.
