I needed to urgently rent a unit and Tiara the A- Manager was super patient helping me walk through the process. I wasnt able to close the deal that day so I returned the following day 3/1. Talk about night and day with the customer service, patience and kindness. This day I had Tracy helping me. She must have been over whelmed or having a bad day. She was impatient telling me to do my transaction on line and that energy through me off. The promo that Tiara told me about was no longer available. I could not follow up on rates and promo with Tracy as I kept getting an attitude and rude energy. I remained calm in hopes my energy would rub off and she may have a better day so I get a better explanation and we could complete transaction. Im not happy I missed promo have gotten calls on storage payments from Megan and Tracy. Plus is she must have been have happy to call me for payment cause her energy was better this time around. 5 is for my initial transaction and improvement of sorts.

They keep sending me texts in the middle of the night about leaving the location late. Tonight I got a text at 1130 pm. and I have been no where near that location after hours. Now let me see if I can get back to sleep. Very inconsiderate.
