        STAY FAR AWAY from this storage facility . We moved out our stuff yesterday and there was a ton of water in our unit - it ruined our couch. We were told that the leak was an ongoing issue but were not once notified about it. We filed an insurance claim but of course the facility wasnt helpful. Avoid at all costs.

        Despite being old and often in disrepair, the facilities are generally okay. However, some of the associates are extremely rude in their approach to customer service.

        Keisha Is so disrespectful she dont know how to talk to us the customer and also her employees she be talking to us like we some pieces of trash also she dont have any type of customer service skills. She yell at me when Im trying to understand my bill she is not patient with me
