U-Haul Moving & Storage of Kingsessing

Since U-Haul want me to share my experience so bad... The U-Haul I rented need the brakes replaced. The check in guy was having a terrible day and he had a terrible attitude to prove it. When I returned the vehicle, I explained to the same guy how my contract needed to be closed out by a certain time, as he was assisting other people. Well he closed my contract 2 hrs after the return time and I was charged the 2nd day fees. I had to waste time calling CS to get a refund.

We filled up gas but the staff finessed and reported that we brought truck back EMPTY!This unauthorized charge overdrafts our checking account and upon calling mgr & location, they apologize and dont cover charges. How many folks moving fail to check their statements & how much is kingsessing location victimizing their clientele? It must be thousands per month and not in check Shame on woodland location and manager Naquis

My only complaint is that I was charged a $30 fee because I failed to put one gallon of gas in the truck to bring it back up to where it was. That is utterly ridiculous!! Don't you have your own gas tanks to fill up your trucks? Unbelievable!!!
