Excellent organization to work with. Tim Garrity goes out of his way to make selling a house stress free. He thoroughly checks out not only the house but the neighborhood as well. He gives a fair evaluation of the property. They are easily available to answer questions, returning calls in a timely manner. Highly recommend this realtor to both buyers and sellers.
