I recently sold my house to Philadelphia Cash Home Buyers. I was very happy with the whole process. At first I called and spoke with Anna. She took all the details about my property and scheduled a showing. Her team member came over to take all pictures and then I got an offer within a day. We closed as soon as the title was ready. I was informed about each step first by Anna then by the title company. Everything was super smooth and easy! Highly recommend!
