English Manor Apartments

I dont know where to begin. I cant even give this place one star. I can not get past the unprofessionalism. They do not have a working phone number. And to try to get in contact with anyone online is to no avail as well. I saw someone who works for the building outside and was given the property managers phone number. I called and had a conversation with her and I did state that I was texting someone who was not responding back to numerous text messages. Only to find out she was the person not responding. To make a long story short I was told I needed to do X, Y, and Z and I would be approved. After doing so, I was told that I would receive a call back after everything was looked over and submitted. After a week or more of not hearing anything back I attempted to contact the property manager again. NEVER heard anything back after paying a hundred dollar application fee( who charges a hundred dollars for an application). I also was sent someone elses information, and when I mentioned it, it was ignored. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. If you live here protect your information!!!!!!! If you dont I would think twice.

Two stars because I love the complex, the location, and the people who live here. I don't know if the manager just doesnt care or is spread too thin. I have sent her SEVEN messages that have all been ignored. I told her repeatedly that I was having sink and plumbing issues from day of move in (10/10) and on 11/19. And because I wasnt taken seriously, it became an emergency with waste water flooding our kitchen and dining room. Water has now turned black and this is how we're expected to live because she can't be bothered on her days off. I'm having to cook on the living room floor because the kitchen is absolutely disgusting. Being charged $1400/mo in rent, I expect WAY better.

I lived there many years ago. The apartments are very nice, spacious and the layout is great. Great neighborhood also, transportation is good too.
