Trash company, literally the worst company you could ever imagine. We signed a lease with these morons and they refused to allow us to see the unit, even though it stated in THEIR lease terms that we were allowed to see it as soon as we signed the lease agreement. Not only did that not happen, they went on for weeks sending us the wrong property information. We accepted a lease under the terms that wed lease a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom for $2700. After doing the research into their Bait and switch scam or disgusting ignorance at best we learned the property was 24% smaller than what they sold us. They didnt do their due diligence in any fashion. They simply stated we couldnt see it and they dont know the details of the property they are leasing. They literally told us this after we signed the lease. We contacted a lawyer, found out they were and may still be liable for damages. If you care about where you live or who you rent from.DO NOT ever rent anything from these criminals. Im going to continue posting this everywhere on social media platforms, local real estate sites where ever the company operates until something is done. Trash company, Trash employees, absolutely disgusting experience. All things considered in 2024 these morons operate at the bottom of the sea of scum.

Do not rent from this company. They took over the apartments where I've lived for many years and it's been a nightmare. They raised my rent nearly 500 dollars. I retired and am living on a pension and this company basically made my savings disappear. They charge for everything except breathing air. They put lipstick on a pig. I haven't had a door on my bathroom for years. They haven't done any repairs on my apartment at all. It seems they're trying to force me to move out and I can't afford to because they've made me spend all my savings on all the extras. This company is disgraceful and greedy. I was retired and had to go out and get a job after years of planning and preparing for retirement.

One of the most disgusting property managements ever. Never in the office, never pick up calls, turn off boilers during cold temperatures, turn down maintenance requests, bumping rents as they like, change policies whenever they feel like and dont inform the residents about it. I can go on and on about them in the time Ive had them as our property management team. The team before this when I took up the spot in my community was very good, only for us to fall prey to these guys now. If you see these guys as the management team at a property- make sure you avoid the property completely. If possible, Id give them no stars, but google reviews doesnt work that way, I guess!
