        I thoroughly enjoy renting with Prime Property Management. Ms. Bennet is the best & goes above & beyond for her tenants. My only complaint is the professionalism with Prime Propertys Emergency Maintenance. SHELLEY CRITTLE is the most rude, dismissive, disrespectful person in management Ive ever had to deal with in customer service. Ive been living in this home for 4 years & called about 3 times since for property maintenance & with each call Im met with an attitude that is nasty. She over talks you & doesnt respond to call of duty right away & rushes you off the line as if you are doing her a disservice for trying to resolve an issue. As If I dont HAPPILY pay my rent on time every month. Im not a problem tenant & I dont appreciate being treated as such! UPDATE: It has been 4 Months and still No service response. Prime Maintenance is a JOKE.
